Working out of a gym you already know takes a lot of the friction out of getting started. You can keep using the same space between sessions, and the program James builds is designed around the equipment that is actually there. Riverton Leisureplex has an accessible gym layout with a dedicated weights room and squat racks, plus a wellness studio for mobility and floor-based work.

Every session gets the same care you would get anywhere else with Motus: a thorough initial assessment, a program built around your goals, and clear progressions over time. James has a particular interest in hip, knee and lower back concerns, pre and post-operative rehab, and acute and persistent pain.

Not a member at Riverton Leisureplex? That is fine. Casual entry is available, so you can still complete your session there without a membership. Sessions can also take place at your home or a nearby park in Riverton and the surrounding suburbs.
