About Motus Integrated Health

Motus Integrated Health is a mobile Exercise Physiology service based in Kensington, providing high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

Care that comes to you

There is no clinic to travel to. We bring the assessment, the equipment and the program to your home, your local gym or wherever you already move, creating an individualised program that works within your environment, available equipment and everyday routine.

The goal of Motus is a premium yet approachable service that empowers people to move with confidence, reduce pain, improve function and regain independence through exercise. We want our clients to feel supported, educated and confident managing their health long after they leave a session.

We believe exercise is one of the most powerful tools we have to improve quality of life, and our aim is to help people return to the activities that matter most to them.

Our goal

To help people manage pain, build strength and move with greater independence and confidence — with hands-on support and collaborative care that helps each client better understand their body, their condition and how exercise can support their long-term health.

Our vision

That high-quality, evidence-based rehabilitation should not depend on how easily somebody can get to a clinic. We bring that standard of care into homes, local gyms and community spaces right across Perth.

Our values

How we work

Four principles that shape every program and every session.

  • Active listening

Every program starts with understanding your history, your goals, your symptoms and what matters most to you. We take the time to listen before deciding what the next step should be.

  • Individualised care

No two people present the same way. Your program is built around your condition, current capacity, goals, environment and preferences, and is adapted as these change over time.

  • Educating — not just treating

We want you to understand your body, your condition and the purpose behind what you are doing. Clear education helps you take an active role in your care and build confidence in managing your health.

  • Guided progression

Exercise should evolve as you do. We provide hands-on guidance, technique correction and ongoing progression, adjusting your program in response to changes in strength, function, symptoms and confidence.
