You can keep using the same space between sessions, and the program James builds is designed around the equipment that is actually there. Cannington Leisureplex has a staffed gym that includes wheelchair-accessible equipment, which makes it a good option for clients who need a more accessible setup.

Every session gets the same care you would get anywhere else with Motus: a thorough initial assessment, a program built around your goals, and clear progressions over time. James has a particular interest in hip, knee and lower back concerns, pre and post-operative rehab, and acute and persistent pain.

Not a member at Cannington Leisureplex? That is fine. Casual entry is available, so you can still complete your session there without a membership. Sessions can also take place at your home or a nearby park in Cannington and the surrounding suburbs.
