Sessions at Leisurelife & Aqualife

Working out of a gym you already know takes a lot of the friction out of getting started. You can keep using the same space between sessions, and the program James builds is designed around the equipment that is actually there. The Town of Victoria Park runs two centres here: Leisurelife on Kent Street and Aqualife on Somerset Street, both with a gym. They are only a few minutes from our Kensington base, which makes them one of the easiest places for us to meet you.

Every session gets the same care you would get anywhere else with Motus: a thorough initial assessment, a program built around your goals, and clear progressions over time. James has a particular interest in hip, knee and lower back concerns, pre and post-operative rehab, and acute and persistent pain.

Not a member at Leisurelife or Aqualife? That is fine. Casual entry is available, so you can still complete your session there without a membership. Sessions can also take place at your home or a nearby park in Victoria Park and the surrounding suburbs.

Private health extras, Medicare Chronic Condition Management Plans, DVA, NDIS and workers' compensation are all accepted. See funding options
